I love using a cooled gua sha with gentle sweeps, especially focusing along the jaw and under eyes.
Caterpillar kneading as it has such a soothing rhythm. I love using it to contour round the jaw and cheekbones the most.

I love using cold facial globes straight from the fridge. When gliding down the neck I pair it with deep belly breaths to calm the nervous system for an inside out glow.
